Plan Review Fee

Fee is based on construction valuation of project and includes the following:
1. Review of the construction documents for adherence with TAS (Texas Accessibility Standards).
2. Issuance of typewritten plan review findings report, or revision report, submitted to the owner/designated agent within 30 days of report completion.
3. Upload of plan review findings report, or revision report, to TDLR’s TABS system within 30 days of the date of report.

Inspection Fee

Also based on construction valuation of project and includes the following:
1. One on-site inspection.
2. Issuance of typewritten inspection findings report to the owner/designated agent within 30 days of the date of inspection.
3. Uploading the inspection report and proof of inspection to TDLR’s TABS system within 30 days of the date of the report.

Project Registration

If you prefer to have Acceso register your project, add the following fees to the plan review fee:
1. State filing fee of $175
2. Convenience fee of $50

Planning Stage Consultation

Acceso is also available for consultation during the planning stage:
1. Hourly rate of $150 (1 hour min.)
