TDLR Plan Review

Acceso will reviews plans to ensure compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) as per the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

To begin the review process, we must have:
1. A Project Registration Form for the building/facility (when RAS registers project)
2. A copy of the Designated Agent Form signed by the owner (if applicable)
3. A copy of the Proof of Submission Form signed by the design professional (if applicable)
4. Construction documents to be used for the construction of the building/facility. Please email to Jlara@acceso-llc.com

After the plans are reviewed Acceso will issue a report to the client and TDLR. Fees for plan review are based on construction valuation and payment must be made prior to commencing the review. Please refer to our Fees page.
