TDLR Inspection

The owner of a building or facility is responsible for having a registered accessibility specialist inspect the building or facility for compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards no later than one year from the date of construction completion.

Acceso will inspect your project for compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards and provide a typewritten inspection findings report to the owner or designated agent.

Prior to inspection Acceso must:
1. Obtain access to the project file via transfer request or TABS sharing system.
2. Obtain/confirm that an Inspection Request Form from the owner/designated agent is in the project file.
3. Obtain a copy of the Designated Agent Form signed by the owner, if applicable.

At the time of Inspection Acceso must obtain a signed Proof of Inspection Form

Fees are based on construction valuation and payment must be made prior to performing the inspection. Please refer to our Fees Schedule.
